Our

early childhood educators

At Raising Explorers Nursery, we pride ourselves on having a passionate, highly qualified team of early childhood educators. Every member of our staff holds a recognised qualification in childcare or an equivalent early years education credential, ensuring your child receives the highest standard of care and learning support.

We understand how important stability and trust are in a child’s early years. That’s why our team is made up exclusively of permanent part-time and full-time educators. We do not use agency or casual staff. Instead, we employ dedicated, permanent float educators to provide seamless cover when needed — maintaining consistent, familiar faces for every child, every day.

This commitment to continuity of care helps nurture strong, secure relationships, giving your child the confidence to explore, learn, and grow in a safe and supportive environment.
